Arnaud Lenoble, VP of Engineering at PayFit, was recently a guest on the French "CTO'z" podcast, hosted by Pierre L'Hopitalier. This podcast focuses on the guest's  journey: their successes, their setbacks, the major technical challenges of today and tomorrow.

They talk about what an adventure it is to join one of the young hypergrowth companies identified as a future unicorn; of taking on the role of VP of Engineering two weeks before the lockdown; and the personal journey of Arnaud, who could have been a maths teacher or a doctor and chose the world of payroll and HR in at PayFit.
